Description
Third of the three sequential paintings showing symbolically an airborne virus overtaking the population. Originally conceived as dust jackets with the image extended to the end flaps for the three books of Stephen King's apocalyptic story of a deadly highly contagious virus. Painted just before the Covid 19 pandemic. At the time, I painted the crows as scavengers taking advantage of the situation, but did not realize they too, were symbolic of some small parts of our society. It is unframed at 12" x 24" oil on panel.
